My coaching offer is aimed primarily at those who are currently unable to deal with a situation or challenge on their own. It is more than right to seek support.
Often you need an expert who can objectively and professionally put you back on the right track with the right questions, find your own individual solutions and revive your own unconscious competencies.

I offer individual sessions.
90 minutes for CHF 379
Individual sessions are possible in person (in Zurich Seefeld) or online.
PROMOTION:
From December the1st to January the 15 th, 2025, the first 90 minutes of coaching are FREE.
Half-day & full-day coaching by arrangement (also possible on holidays and weekends, only effective in person).
Long-term support and package prices can be agreed individually.
SAFE SPACE SESSIONS online only.
These take place anonymously (without picture & full name) and confidentially.
Every Friday from 6 pm in small groups (3-7 people)
